Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized items.
• Perishable goods.
• Items on sale.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if your return is approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the RAN, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the following address:Maharaja Handicraft Store

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.
